Return Policy

Return policy lasts 30 days  guarantee on all ER LIFE© ONE SHEAR™s. On all apparel and other items a 7 day return period is available from the date of delivery.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for ER LIFE© ONE SHEAR™ products.  If 7 days have passed since delivery on ER LIFE© products including garments and or other non ONE SHEAR™ items then all sales are final. Please read the Return policy carefully.

ONE SHEAR™ Traumas Shears Guarantee:

We have a 30 day guarantee and return no questions asked. Within that period of time if the item is returned; the buyer is responsible for initial actual shipping cost and the return shipping cost.  The actual initial shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund as shipping is a non-refundable item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including your order number. Examples are your emailed invoice and or order number for verification purposes.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with if it is eligible for a return.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card if applicable, PayPal, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If we are unable to processes the payment back on your original form of payment we will email you and either send a check in the amount due and or find another payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and or credit/ payment form method within 2 weeks.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@erlifeapparel.com and make sure to put your issue and invoice number in the title.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. ER LIFE will inspect the issues with pictures provided and ultimately need the item shipped back. After inspection and approval of the exchange ER LIFE will send a replacement out. Exchanges not deemed defective and or manufacturing issues will have to provide the shipping cost from the buy and back from ER LIFE to the customer. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ER LIFE APPAREL 17246 43rd RD N, Loxahatchee FL 33470 United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of actual shipping cost will bed deducted even if the item was deemed free shipping. As there is no such thing as actual free shipping for any carrier.

Depending on your location and shipping method. Items may take 1-2 weeks to be delivered to ER LIFE APPAREL and another 1-2 to receive the item.

All returns will require a trackable shipping and insurance. ER LIFE APPAREL is not responsible for shipment issues and or non- deliveries. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it is not in our control.
